Too cold to care, too punk to behave. A guitar-wielding penguin with a mohawk and spiked collar turns icy indifference into full-volume grunge.
Finished with sketchy ink splatter and the Too Cold To Give A Fck slogan, this graphic is for music rebels and fans of gloriously sarcastic animal art.
