Our Policy in Brief: As all items are printed to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll make it right with a replacement.
Print-on-Demand Items
All items are made-to-order specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom printed items
- All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at firebirdcreations888@gmail.com
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll arrange a free replacement to be sent to you
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please contact us at firebirdcreations888@gmail.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds
If your return or replacement request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
