Refund policy
Our Policy in Brief
Fire Bird Creations products are printed to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind, choose the wrong size or colour, or decide you no longer want the item, except where required by applicable consumer law.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Made-to-Order Items
Our products are produced after your order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Please check product descriptions, sizing information, colours and delivery details carefully before placing your order.
This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, has a printing error, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at firebirdcreations888@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
For the fastest resolution, we recommend contacting us within 30 days of delivery where possible. This 30-day request period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.
Australian Customers — Australian Consumer Law
Purchases made by Australian consumers are covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. If a problem is minor, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this returns policy and cannot be excluded or limited by Fire Bird Creations.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement simply because you change your mind where the product otherwise meets the consumer guarantees.
If a product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where required.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Please contact us at firebirdcreations888@gmail.com within the applicable 14-day period to notify us that you wish to return the item.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the change-of-mind cooling-off period.
Returned goods should be returned in appropriate condition. You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably inspect them in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, we will refund payments as required by applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery. Any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, does not have to be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits your separate legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Once a refund has been processed by Fire Bird Creations, your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
